Got the replacement evap in. Suction pressure where I expect now. Before I could get a clear sight glass but suction pressure less than 20 pounds. Unit drops about 33 degrees from car temp to discharge air temp.
My bottle neck now I think is condensing. I'm condensing at about 140 degrees with ambient of about 90. If I could get that down 10-15 degrees I think I would really have something. still have stock condensor with Hayden 14" Rapid Cool fan. I think the 15 would have fit; I wish I had done that. This may be all that I do to it this season depending on how well it works.
