Hey! That is the Car of the Month for February 2001. When I did that page, I speculated that they were Hardy and Beck wheels. They sold wheels just like that. They didn't make them, of course. I've heard that they were made by Weds or Hayashi or HRE, but have not ever gotten an authoritative answer. HTH.
