Tara, , , I have had great success with bringing back paint (removing all the dirt and oxydized material) by using 3M Fine Cut Rubbing Compound. Compounds used to scare the bejezus out of me until a friend showed me how simple it is. Just a drop on a clean dry cloth , , , rub it on a small area and as it dries, it removes itself, leaving a nice shine. This process leaves the paint unprotected, as it removes all the old wax also. So you must use your choice of wax to protect and seal the paint before you get any new dirt on it. 3M Fine Cut is also Clear-Coat safe. Try it , , , you'll like it !!
