Will Front Spoiler from e28 M535i fit our cars?

Gang,

I was looking at Chris Graff's M535i site and wondered if anybody had pondered fitting the M5/M535i front spoiler/bumper onto our e12s. I like the e12 M535i spoiler okay, but I wish it had integrated fog lamps. The e28 M5/M535i setup has them and looks very nice. Anybody have any thoughts on this conversion?
