Looks like a pretty nice car. Does the car belong to somebody here on the board? That license plate seems somehow vaguely familiar. Hard to say what it's worth without seeing it, but it does have a lot going for it, especially the new 3.5 liter BMW crate motor. Is that for real? Interior looks spectacular too. Car looks like Vicki, only reborn! The oil leak at the rear of the valve cover may be from the cam plate at the back of the head, near the firewall.
Hard to say what the value is without seeing it in person. You know the story on these cars. Even nice examples often go for a fraction of what we might think they're worth. For this car, I'd say maybe $3K-$4K would be reasonable. Maybe more, depending on how nice it really is.
Let us know more after you've seen the car, but on the surface it looks very nice to me.
