Sorry, I don't see $8K for this car. I say let it ride and maybe the seller will adjust his position. If not, then the car will likely stay with its current owner. The market will decide what the car is worth and the market is on your side. If you're really interested in this car, wait it out. $8K opens up a lot of possibilities. It IS a VERY nice car, but for $8K you could have an M535i.
