I have an opportunity to buy a clean '79 528i w/auto and rebuilt engine for $2400. Or, should I keep my '78 530i w/auto and restore it? The '78 needs another engine, total paint job, front seats and work on the electric windows. Am I better off just getting the '79 and enjoying it right away? Or, modify the '78 every which way I want?
