At highway speeds, another symptom is that upon removing my foot
from the accelerator, the car will kick into Deceleration IMMEDIATELY,
and when I want to regain speed, I have to press down the accelerator
almost 3/4 of the way before the acceleration resumes with a giant
surge, almost like I've cranked up the Nitrous or something.... Note: by
the time the accelerator is more than 1/2 way down, the car is STILL
DECELERATING. This occurs with or without the Retard line attached
