First thing you need to do is make sure there is no coolant loss and watch carefully for any future overheating. In that case you need to act quick. Cyl head removal/inspection and head gasket, at the minimum.

Many times smoke on downhills or under deceleration is caused by bad or sticky oil control rings on your pistons. High engine vaccum under these conditions causes oil to be pulled past the rings.

Valve seals can also cause smoke under these conditions, but seals that are that bad will also most certainly cause smoke upon start-up after the car has set for awhile.
