Change the color if you want but consider the disadvantages of black. In the summer your AC will have more work to do, it will be 10 to 15 degrees hotter inside the car at least. Second, it will never look clean for more than 30 minutes at a stretch, nothing shows dirt like black. Ponder one of the silver/grey colors or even an off-white. Just my 2 cents
