Sounds like you already have lowering springs and Bilsteins. Are they bad? Why are you replacing them?
Eibach springs are NLA. Many suppliers still have them listed in there catalogs, but have no stock and cannot get them from the factory.
Suspenion Technique springs are available for around $200.
Bilstein shocks can be rebuilt by the factory. Try calling 800-537-1058
