I heard that KSK recently got some sets in (the last ones?) to save for spares in case someone needed one wheel to replace a damaged one...
The later 16" ones with the locking covers are available... and look just as nice. Plus with the locking covers are a might harder to steal.... not a bad idea considering new price is about $700 for each wheel! I have a set and really like them!
There is very little difference in these two styles (a machined lip to hold the cover) and that the centers are not painted black.
You could leave off the covers/paint the centers black and most casual BMW viewers would not know the difference....
