Unless yours is not working, I don't know if I would
go to the trouble.
You don't want to plug the coolant hoses; you want
them joined one way or another still. They are
responsible for warming the throttle body.
A few of the obnoxious hurdles for this conversion:
1. 3 port hose NLA - see aux air valve FAQ on
how to make your own
2. need to do some extra wiring to heat the
elec aux air valve, unless you convert to 80/81 lambda
FI
3. want 80/81 valve cover with raised seat for
bolting down elec aux air valve
