My 85 535i just passed smog in Cali. with 350,000 miles on the original engine!! Starts right up every time and is the smoothest cruisin' highway ride I've driven. In addition, it is far safer in an accident than any US car on the road. Your sister's boyfriend don't know nuthin'.
