Kind of E12 related because this is going to facilitate me working on the car much more! I just need a kerosene heater in the garage now for the winter.
I'm putting one of the images in this email of the workbench that my friend graciously helped me build on Sunday. We got up early and went to Home Depot to buy all the lumber. We sketched the plans a few weeks ago from some ideas I had running in my head. Yes, there are FOUR florescent light fixtures over the bench area! Nice and bright! I'm thinking of adding a single one over the toolbox so I can see into the drawers better.
This is something anyone can do with a day of their time, some help, and about $150 in materials. The bench work surface was donated by my mother in law who had it laying around from one of her clients who didn't use it. She's an interior decorator and it was for a kitchen counter I think. But particle board or plywood will work just fine also.
If you want to see the other pictures, here they are: Plus now I have a nice little alcove for my toolbox that I got for Christmas. 52", ball bearing drawers, argh argh argh (Tim the Toolman tailor caveman grunting). Thanks for reading this far! Adam Wilson
