I purchased two sets of rear Bilsteins for my 1976 530i. One set was supposed to be comfort, and one set HD. My problem is both sets, as I was told would fit. Neither set has the seat plate for the springs, and the top rubber mounts seem to be different. My car is from 1/76, did they change the configuration? The strut # are: B 46-801, and B 46 805
Neither serial # is still in use. I purchase these as NOS, and can't return them. If anyone is interested they are $50.00 per set. They are brand new in box
