I appreciate everybody's "two cents", but I feel like I've been judged by just showing interest in this car. I too think 16K is rediculous. 10 to 12K might not be off the wall if the car is close to perfect other than the roof (definitely is not original) and the wheels (I too very much would prefer the OE 14" basketweave). I will make the drive for a look at this thing unless someone else closer can check it out. Let me know. What I really want is a fast clean euro E12 (regular euro bumper E12's are my favorite look of any 4 door sport sedan I've seen), and a non spoilered M535 e12 would be the ultimate for me. What I want is displayed in the original German Advertisement (see URL below). Whoever helps me get close to this, definitely gets a finders' fee. I do not have the resources to do a major restoration.
