The only reason to have it is if you live in California.
Just use an appropriately sized nut, bolt, and washers
to seal it off. Maybe use some silicone too.
You'll need to have the throttle body off so
you can hold both the nut and the bolt head.
This arrangement has worked for us since 1980.
