After cranking the fuel lines should feel almost rock hard. Most of the auto parts stores sell a test light you can plug into injector connector to see if system is powering the injectors open. Check the FAQ list; there a Ljectronic FAQ that has a schematic of the system. you might check around the combo relay for problems.
Also depending on where you live; someone nearby may be able to test some of your components. Combo relay is the least reliable; ecu is the most.
