The fact that it run when you spray starting fluid in it proves that you have spark.
The fact that the fuel line sprays fuel across the driveway proves that the combo relay and fuel pump are working. To double check, remove the cold start injector and prop the vane of the AFM open. Then turn on the key and crank briefly. If that works, then you have fuel at the injectors.
Then, check the fuel pressure as suggested earlier. Make sure it is at least 35 psi.
Then, get one of those test lights to see if the injectors are firing like Peter suggested.
