used Bilstein struts and shocks?

Just found a 79 528i parts car that has Bilsteins front struts and rear shocks with some Blue color springs. Don't know anything about the springs. Does anyone have any idea what they might be?

Also, did they have Sport Bils or just HD bils for the 528i?

The guy wants me to make an offer but wondered what I should pay the guy so I can put them on my 77 530i?

Any info would be appreciated.
