Hi:
I was doning some work on my newly aquired 528, in the process I scewed up the setting of the distributor.
I now have the valve covers off, have turned the engine by hand so the timing marks line up on the front of the engine. The #6 valves are equally open and the
#1 valves appear to be in the closed position as I am looking at the cams.
Im guessing that the rotor should point to the #1 spark plug position on the cap..
Does this sound right?... any assistance is welcome, as I would like to avoid taking all this stuff apart again.
