Yes that's correct.
Look down at the front harmonic balancer. There's a mark 0|T which should be lined up with a pointer on the lower front timing case of the engine which denotes top dead center (TDC). It's hard to see; look from passenger side and press on the radiator hose a litte to get the angle to see them lined up.
Note that TDC happens twice per single cam rotation but you should be very close to the correct TDC as you do have the cam shaft in the correct place.
