Ok, im trying to fix the engine in my 528i first before i go out and buy a new one. Im using the chilton repair manual to troubleshoot why im getting no spark. I was wondering what it means when it says..."Unfasten the transmitter wires at the control unit and measure the voltage coming from the transmitter (in the distributor)" could someone help me out please? also what does the transmitter look like? thanks
