I've recently had the head done on my son's '77 528i and was wondering if I may have the the cam one link out of wack when setting up the timing, the crank shaft timing mark lined up, and the rotor was pointing at the nick on the rim of the dizzy.I'm only asking because the car doesn't seem to have anywhere near the getup and go it had prior to the head work, The exhaust note is not as crisp as before, a bit phut,phut. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
