I have an 81 528i and the bumpers are totally
gone. They are so oxidized that nothing, not
even a detail shop, can clean it. I was wondering
if a metal shop can chrome-plate my bumpers and
or wheels. I have the stock turbine-type wheels.
I realize that it will be expensive, but can it
be done? Those wheels would sure look good in
chrome........
