Now all we need is to get Roundel this interested.
Honestly, how many of you run to the mail box to read about the even more obscure, 700 rs thing that was shown in the Octoberfest issue. But I do what I accuse others of. Standing on the shoulders of giants and pissing down on their accomplishments.
I really think the suggestion of, if my pitiful memory serves me, Peter Florance would work. The best way to attract attention is to be seen. Go to the ralleys, go to the club events, in force, and they will simply have to take the hint. The club is being dominated by '02's and M3's. Even a high ranking official in my local organization said no one is interested in the older 5's. I don't care if they are interested. But when we get a few that'll crush the M3 and '02's in competition the interest may increase.
Okay so it may take turbo chargers, high compression, incredibly expensive cams and money galore but dang it even if you come in dead last which is doubtful anyway atleast you were there. And a mention beats a cold shoulder all to hell.
