Don't confuse with Bondo. Properly done, fiberglass is as rust-free as welding. Just not structural. Although the random weave cloth is pretty good for floor boards,
I used Extend (which is nowhere near as good as POR15 or Zero Rust) with my fiberglass floorboard repair and it's lasted 6 years rust free
