Damn, its not a leaking heater valve. Water pours out under car not by gas pedal. Rug is totally dry. Have it bypassed at the moment at the engine side firewall joints.
Has anyone done this nightmare project lately? After some reading and close looking it appears to be the ultimate bitch project! and to add to the nightmare its the wife's car and she's not in any mode to freeze this winter!
So I'm setting aside 4 days across Thanksgiving Holiday (yea right!). I donot want to remove any A/C stuff. I just paid $300 to have BMW finally fix the AC system right after Wards botched the job totally. This home repair of A/C lockout sucks!!
Anyway any and all direction or cheats/quick tips really appreciated.
