I know this ...the driveshaft on the 82 528e where I got my 5spd is about 4" shorter than the 530i driveshaft and has the Jurid. I'm going to try to make a Guibo fit as i'm a cheap bass turd and dont want to pay $180 CAN for a Jurid! I'll keep everyone posted. 76 530i Winnipeg
