Successfully pulled Thermal R equip but Emissions?

Just tried to have the emissions test done on my 77 530i and whoaaa.
I am way off. Car is running rich, Rich RICH!!!
Allowable 02 is supposed to be .35 to .37 but mine was like (if I remember) 1.20, three times the allowable.

Without the Thermal Reactor, Can anyone help me lean this thing down to get past emmissions.

Any ideas would be helpful and appreciated.
