Hi Blair,
The stumble could be caused by the throttle body switches are out of adjustment. There is a great FAQ on the subject that will take you through the process. Make sure it is good and clean inside. I have my timing set at 22 deg BTDC @ 1800 rpm. No problems on regular fuel. Make sure your mechanical advance is working properly.
