I believe the right and left nozzles are connected to a 'Tee' that clogs. Often this tee needs replacing and is only $5. Unhook each from the 'tee' and take some compressed air and back flush/blow each nozzle. Then adjust the squirt on the glass. At least this is what I did to fix my '3' recently.
