unless there's a problem (air/wear/water), our brakes are the best.
I've read that they're used in Ferraris!
Is there a particular issue, or are you just looking to make them better?
I don't know what benefits are to be had from cross-drilled rotors...
Channge your fluid annually, make sure your pistons travel freely, and your caliper wear is smooth and even, and the car will stop, just as good as it will go.
