Get some more aggressive pads and get more air to the brakes (buy wheels that allow air to flow through or/and duct air to the brakes).
I've gone to many driving schools with stock brakes, aggressive street/racing pads, and BBS RX wheels (lots of open space in the wheel) and have had no problems. No warping, no fading. And this is in an E23...stock brakes will hold up to anything short of all out racing.
I am a little amused when I hear about people with huge brakes who experience brake fade. The problem is not the brakes, but the driver.
You notice the guys who take this stance are the, ahem, more senior members of the board...:)
