Home Depot has Campell Hausfield upright models at the best prices I have seen.Look for belt driven ones with cast iron cylinders.To figure out how many Cfm you need,their tool section has the cfm requirements listed on the air tools that are on display.If you are worried about the noise,build a house for it outside.Jeff F
