The parts CD contains some strange info. It refers to the disc as a "universal joint" and has some sort of if/and/but story.

Manual Trans:
26-11-1-107-832 In the supplement column it says "D=96mm/10".

Auto Trans:
26-11-1-109-603 In the supplement column it says "D=96mm/12".

Manual Trans:
26-11-1-209-168 In the supplement column it says "D=96mm/12". And, underneath it says "only in conjunction with spacer sleeve 26-11-1-209-168 (3 required).

Not very much help, is it.
