Do the closer ratios of the 5 speed provide a significant difference in quickness?
How similar are the ratios of 4th gear in the 262 and the 265? Troy listed a difference in rpm @ 80mph of ~700 between 4th and 5th for a 5 speed, if I read his post correctly. Could I expect the same difference between top gears in the two transmissions?
