My '77 530 refuses to start when it's below 35 degrees. Today (20 degrees) it start and ran terrible for a few seconds, then died. Now it won't start. It fires a little like it's trying to start, but it won't go. I look thru the Haynes Manual and the Tuning Your Bosch Fuel Injection book, but they don't give me enough info. Where exactly is this Aux Air Valve? I can't find a pic of it or a description of where it's at. Also, I can't tell if this model has an extra injector for cold starts.
This is very frustrating, any help?
