Ditto - The horn button alone is worth about $30 new. *I* wouldn't take it above $50, though. It is leather which is pretty rare for the 320is, most were a foam substance, like our wheels.
Heads Up!!! The splines on the steering column changed sometime after 85(?) it is VERY possible that the e24 wheel will not fit, thus you'd have to replace the hub on the wheel for an older style... (this one may have been retrofitted once already...)
Still, if you can get it for $35, it's no big deal...
