How To Set the idle speed

I've been reading my collection of manuals about adjusting the idle speed on the L-jet, and they don't agree with each other on how to do it. And I don't have access to a CO meter (there's no emmissions testing in Wyo anyhow). Can anyone give me a step by step on how they do it?
