You adjust the idle speed by using a screwdriver to adjust the amount of air that goes through the idle bypass. The screw is located on the rear-facing side of the throttle body.
Do not fiddle with the set screw located on top of the throttle body. That is used to adjust the throttle stop. The throttle stop must be set correctly for the closed-throttle switch and idle-air bypass to work properly.
