Any ideas what E28 5xxis seats are worth?

A guy in the local BMW club is planning on selling seats from an E28. Here's what I know:

Leather is ok, but not perfect - no tears at seams

All electronics work, including headrest

Includes power switches for electrics

Includes front & rear

The seats are from an "is" model E28

I want to buy them, but he doesn't know how much to sell them for and I don't know how much to offer. Help?

PS - I don't know the color, but I think it's not blue or tan. (What does that leave? red or black?)
