Like M5r seats. Check ebay and look at e28 M5s. Smoothe backs and adjustable knee bolsters. Great find for less than around $300. For any more than that, wait for e38/e39 seats.
Colors available, I have only seen them in pearl beige and black. If they are black, they are pretty rare and desirable but more to an e28 poseur who is "assembling" an IS than for everyday use. For every day, seek e32/e34 or e38/e39 seats. E32/e34 are more appropriate to some due to the integrated armrest.
