1 of my heat shields is loose, but the noise is coming from the front of the engine, around where all the belts are. its hard to describe the noise but its basicallythe usual idle noises plus a now constant rattle/drone much like a loose chain hitting something....thats about all i can do cept record it on minidisc and fed-x it over to yankee land for ya :P
seriously tho its hard to describe BUT it is very quiet. i only notice it when im the only person at the lights and my stereo is off. its not loud or anything.
sorry i cant help much, its hard to put hte noise into words ay??
