Where to set adjustable rear sway bar?

I have a 81 528i with a 3.5 engine. It has Eibach springs with Bilstein Sport shocks. I have a adjustable Supension Techniques rear sway bar. I currently have it set in the middle. Does anybody know where to set it for autoXing. I have a big week-end of racing at Tire Rack in South Bend. Any help would be great! Bob Humphrey
