It's a mixed bag.
Set to stiffest, I believe it will oversteer more but in really tight turns will tend to lift inside rear wheel more unless car is much lower than stock.
I have an open diff, so when I lifted wheel i had nothing AFA traction until things settle down.
Maybe better trail braking technique would have helped me.
