I agree it is suspicously ignition related, i.e., why does the tach dive to 0 (and stay there) even though it *feels like* fuel?
I'm reading the Blue Book for suggestions but I'm first going after the ground wire on the dist. plate.
I feel pretty good about basic things, I keep after my 5 and it stays reliable and consistant although I will check everything.
Plus it's my daily...
Blue Book also states a restricted return line as a symptom of high rev non-performance...
and an open spot on the AFM wiper,...hmmmnn..
But I'm going electrical, first.
