Jeff's right about this.... it all comes down to price on wheither it's worth reproducing the spoilers. Vaccum bagging is pretty cheap and easy to do..so all you'd need is to make a mold off a good spoiler.

At one time there was someone reproducing M535i front spoilers in this way but I seem to have lost his number.

If I where going to build these I'd CNC an aluminum tool, use hydrolic presses and quick cure pre-pregs. Then you could get production time down to about 1/2 hr per part with minimal or no cleanup. Of course tooling might be $20K or so.... I have access to a CNC at work and I build composite parts for a living..... so it could be feasible to do this, but more likely it'd simply be a pet project.

BTW we've built parts for LanceAire before.
