Sounds like a fair price to me.
At 200k you are potentally looking at replacing lots of parts over the next year or two. For starters:
cooling system hoses
spark plugs
ignition wires
clutch
guibo - jurid coupling (at rear of tranny)
front steering rack
thrust arms
lower control arms
brake bomb
brake booster
all these items wear out between 150k and 250k
If engine has been well treated it will last forever. Look inside the oil filler cap. Is it clean and shiny, greenish or copper in color (good) or is it black and sludgie (bad)
